On behalf of the Gurgaon Guest House Association (GGHA), the management welcomes you to this Guest House. It is our endeavor to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To achieve this we would appreciate your cooperation in the following terms and conditions under which the rooms are permitted to be used by the guests and are binding on them.

• Guests are requested to take proper care of their valuable belongings and cash. The management staff shall not be responsible for their loss or damage in any manner whatsoever.

• The management and staff of the guest house are not responsible for the illegal acts of the guests; in any manner whatsoever.

• Rights of admission are strictly reserved.

• Guests are requested to keep all the doors and windows closed when air conditioner or heater is switched on.

• Guests are requested to switch off all the lights / fans / air-conditioner / Television / heater / geyser when the same are not being used and before leaving the room.

• Using the washrooms for washing / drying of clothes is strictly prohibited. Laundry service is available and the Guests are requested to utilize this service.

• Use of electric iron inside the room is strictly prohibited. Guests desiring to get their clothes ironed are requested to avail the laundry service.

• Television is to be put at a low volume so that the sound is not audible outside the guest room.

• Curtains / towels / bed-sheets are not to be used for cleaning of shoes or wiping of soiled hands. This is strictly prohibited.

• Personal Guests are not allowed to stay in the rooms after 10 PM. For guests staying later than 10PM the front office has to be informed on the arrival of the guest. Extra person charges as applicable shall be payable for the same.

• Use and presence of drugs and other banned substances by the authorities are strictly prohibited inside the guest house premises.

• Do not flush any disposable into the W.C. Please use the disposable bags provided in each room for this purpose.

• Outside eatables are not allowed in the rooms.

• Rooms keys are to be left at the front office when leaving the guest house premises.

• The management has the right to refuse the entry or demand a vacant possession of any occupied accommodation / room without giving any reason for the same.

• Guests are supposed to observe all government / local authority law, rules and regulations enforced from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic, drinks, firearms, payments of bills etc.

• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the guest house property, caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

• In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same. If the dues are still not cleared within seven days of the said lien being exercised, the management shall have the right to sell / auction or otherwise dispose off the said luggage and belongings without the reference to the guest and appropriate the net sales proceeds towards the guest’s dues.

• The management reserves the right to itself to add, amend, alter, remove any or all the above terms, conditions and rules. The new / amended terms / conditions and rules shall be binding on the guests.

• Check in and check out time is 12 NOON without exception.
